Can I upgrade from Self-Guided to Elite later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with Self-Guided to establish consistency, then upgrade to Elite 1-on-1 when preparing for competitions or during critical phases. The transition is seamless.

What if I need to pause my program?

Life happens. We offer one-time program pauses (up to 4 weeks) for emergencies, injuries, or major life events. Just communicate in advance.

Do you provide meal plans or just macros?

We provide detailed macro targets with food recommendations and meal timing strategies. Full meal plans are available upon request, but we prefer teaching flexible nutrition principles for long-term sustainability.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice visible changes within 4-6 weeks. Significant transformations typically occur around the 12-16 week mark. Progress depends on consistency, training experience, nutrition adherence, and genetics.

What if I'm a complete beginner?
