How much does coaching cost?

Our programs start at $99/month for nutrition coaching and $299/month for comprehensive training and nutrition programming. The Blueprint package is a one-time payment of $500. Contest prep and premium one-on-one programs are priced individually based on timeline and requirements. We offer payment plans and discounted rates for multi-month commitments.

How do I get started with DRVYN Fitness?

Getting started is simple. Fill out the client intake form with details about your goals, training history, and lifestyle. Once submitted, you will receive your program in the next 24hrs.

For Elite 1-on-1 coaching, you'll be invited to schedule a consultation call to discuss your specific needs and ensure we're a good fit.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

The Blueprint Program is a one-time purchase with no ongoing commitment. You receive the complete 16-week program upfront and follow it independently.

Elite 1-on-1 coaching operates on a 16-week commitment to ensure enough time to implement progressive overload, track meaningful progress, and make data-driven adjustments to your program.

Do you accept complete beginners?

Absolutely. Programs are fully customized to your experience level. Beginners often see the fastest initial progress with proper programming and nutrition guidance.

We'll start with fundamental movement patterns, progressive volume, and education-focused coaching to build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Training & Nutrition

What does my custom training program include?

Can I train at home or do I need a gym?

Can I switch from Blueprint to Elite later?

How is Elite pricing determined?
