Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about DRVYN Fitness coaching.

How much does coaching cost?

+

Our programs start at $199/month for nutrition coaching and $299/month for comprehensive training and nutrition programming. Contest prep and premium one-on-one programs are priced individually based on timeline and requirements. We offer payment plans and discounted rates for multi-month commitments.

Do I need a gym membership?

+

For best results, yes. However, we can design programs for home gym setups with basic equipment (dumbbells, bench, some form of resistance). Full gym access allows for the greatest variety and progression options, but we've had great success with clients working out at home.

How often do we check in?

+

Weekly check-ins are standard for all programs. You'll submit progress photos, measurements, and feedback on the previous week's training and nutrition. I review everything and provide adjustments as needed. Premium clients have the option for video calls in addition to written check-ins.

Do you work with both men and women?

+

Absolutely. Our coaching principles apply equally to men and women. We customize every aspect of the program based on individual physiology, goals, and response to training and nutrition. Many of our best transformations have been female clients.

What's the minimum commitment?

+

Most programs require a minimum three-month commitment. Real transformation takes time, and we want to work with clients committed to the process. That said, if for any reason you need to end coaching early, we'll ensure you have a plan to continue independently.

Do you work with natural and enhanced athletes?

+

Yes. I have extensive experience coaching both natural and enhanced athletes. Coaching is tailored to your specific approach. For enhanced athletes, this includes guidance on compounds, bloodwork monitoring, and health optimization. All coaching is judgment-free and focused on your goals and wellbeing.

Can you help with injuries or physical limitations?

+

I can modify programs around existing injuries and limitations. However, for acute injuries or serious conditions, I recommend working with a physical therapist or medical professional first. Once cleared, we can build a program that works within your constraints while still driving progress.

What if I don't see results?

+

This is rare, but if you're not progressing, we'll identify why together. Sometimes it's a matter of adjusting the approach. Other times, there may be underlying factors we need to address through bloodwork analysis or lifestyle adjustments. We don't give up, and we expect the same commitment from you.
