Our Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our coaching and programs. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days and haven't accessed your program, we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
1.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You have NOT downloaded your program PDF
- You have NOT accessed your client portal
- Your program has NOT been generated yet
1.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a 50% refund ($250) if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You HAVE accessed your program but feel it doesn't meet your needs
- You provide specific feedback about why the program isn't suitable
Important: Once you download your PDF or access your complete program in the portal, the program is considered "delivered" and our no-access guarantee no longer applies. However, we will still consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
2. No Refunds After 7 Days
After 7 days from purchase, all sales are final. This policy exists because:
- Our programs are highly personalized and customized for you
- Significant time and resources go into creating your program
- Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered
- 16-week programs require commitment beyond the first week
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- You simply changed your mind after 7 days
- You didn't follow the program as designed
- You didn't complete weekly check-ins as recommended
- You experienced normal training soreness or fatigue
- You shared your program with others (violates Terms of Service)
- You're unable to complete the program due to personal circumstances unrelated to program quality
4. Technical Issues
4.1 Site or Portal Problems
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your program:
- Contact us immediately at admin@drvynfitness.com
- We will resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- Your 7-day guarantee period may be extended if technical issues prevented access
4.2 Incorrect Program Generation
If your program was generated with incorrect information:
- We will regenerate your program at no charge
- Your 7-day guarantee will reset from the regeneration date
- This only applies if we made an error, not if you provided incorrect intake information
5. Dissatisfaction After 7 Days
If you're unhappy with your program after the 7-day window:
- We cannot offer a refund, but we CAN help
- Contact us to discuss modifications or adjustments
- We may offer program revisions or additional support
- In exceptional cases, we may offer a credit toward future services
6. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously:
- Please contact us BEFORE initiating a chargeback
- We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns
- Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account termination and possible legal action
- Chargebacks after program delivery may be disputed if our refund policy wasn't followed
7. How to Request a Refund
Step-by-Step Process:

- Include your name, email used for purchase, and order date
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund
- We will respond within 24 hours
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be:
- Processed back to your original payment method
- Completed within 5-7 business days
- You will receive email confirmation once processed
- Your account access will be terminated upon refund
9. Special Circumstances
9.1 Medical Issues
If you develop a medical condition that prevents training:
- We may offer a program modification instead of refund
- Medical documentation may be required
- We can put your program "on hold" for up to 90 days
9.2 Life Emergencies
In case of serious life emergencies (family death, major illness, etc.):
- Contact us to discuss options
- We may offer extended access, credits, or partial refunds
- Each situation is evaluated individually
