Every week, you'll submit a check-in through your client portal. You'll track your weight, measurements, progress photos, and how you're feeling. I review every single check-in personally.
Based on your results, I adjust your program. Not making progress? We change the approach. Progressing too fast or too slow? We dial it in. Having recovery issues? We modify your training volume.
This is real coaching. You're not following a static program hoping it worksβyou're getting a program that evolves with you week by week.
Submit weight, measurements, and progress photos every week through your portal. I review everything and track your trends over the full 16 weeks.
Not losing fat fast enough? Gaining too much weight? Plateaued? I adjust your calories, macros, training volume, and cardio immediately.
Injuries pop up? Energy crashing? Strength dropping? I identify the issue and modify your program to get you back on track.
Every check-in, you get detailed feedback on what's working, what needs to change, and exactly what to do for the next week.

For select clients who have worked with me through a full transformation cycle, I offer invite-only contest prep coaching. This is reserved for serious competitors preparing for physique competitions. If you're interested in competing down the road, we can discuss this after you've completed your initial program.
